Why massage made the protocol

Crutches and a propped-up leg shove the whole load onto my lower back, hips, and one good leg, and none of them signed up for the extra shift. So I keep up biweekly 90-minute full-body massages, therapeutic or sports, at Georgetown Massage and Bodywork: the same rhythm that carried me through the 2022 left-foot rebuild.
